Overlooking the mountains, the "Villa La Casa di Giacomo" impresses guests with its fantastic views. The house is quite large and very well-suited to receive large families or groups. It is also possible to organise yoga, painting or singing courses here. The 2-storey villa is 220m² in size and consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 15 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a washing machine and a table tennis table. The villa boasts a delightful private outdoor area with a pool, a large garden, garden furniture, two large terraces, one open, one covered, a balcony, a grill and a playground. There is a panoramic footpath that takes you to Pigna in about 40 minutes, passing river pools (natural basins formed by the Rio Carne), that can be bathed in and two churches with Canavesio paintings. The nearest restaurant and bars are both 10 minutes away by car (4km), the next supermarket is a little farther (5km). Meanwhile, the beach 'Spiaggia di Brodighera' is 40 minutes away by car (22km). The Riviera Airport is an hour and forty minutes away by car (104km). Free parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed. Air conditioning is currently not available. The property has a step-free interior. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Bikes are provided, as are organised e-bike tours (please contact the host for more information). The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. A car is recommended, as the villa is situated in the countryside above Pigna (4km uphill). The garbage must be placed in the public garbage bins at the beginning of the road to Gouta, if guests fail to do so, there will be a reduction of the deposit.
